Welcome to LivenessProbe. By using our monitoring services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LivenessProbe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LivenessProbe provides synthetic monitoring tools that simulate traffic to your endpoints, measure uptime, and send alerts when failures are detected. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor endpoints you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Plans and Billing

  • The Free plan is available at no cost, indefinitely.
  • Paid plans (Standard and Business) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details.

6. Data Retention

  • The Free plan retains uptime history for 5 days.
  • The Standard plan retains history for 30 days.
  • The Business plan retains history for 90 days.
  • We do not access or share your endpoint data with third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or monitoring gaps caused by outages on our end or yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

LivenessProbe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
